Information you provide

If you use the Contact form, you can enter your name, email address, the project or game you want to discuss, and a message.

The form does not send that data to an ayamnekat.dev server. The send button opens your email application and prepares a message from the details you entered. The information is only sent when you choose to send the email through that application.

Before the form can open your email application, you are asked to check a statement confirming that you have read the Privacy Policy and understand how information is used when contacting by email.

The checkbox only acts as an acknowledgement in your browser before the process continues. Its state is not sent to an ayamnekat.dev server, stored in a database, or used by the website to create a record of consent.

You can also contact me directly at [email protected]. In that case, your email address and any other information you write in the message are received as part of that communication.

Technical data and tracking

As with websites in general, the hosting and network infrastructure used to serve the site may process technical information needed to run, secure, and deliver pages, such as IP address, browser type, request time, or similar technical information. That processing depends on the infrastructure in use when the site is running.

How information is used

Information you send is used to read and reply to your message, discuss the project or work opportunity you asked about, keep the context of the conversation, and meet security needs or applicable obligations when required.

Information from the Contact page is not used to build advertising profiles or run targeted ads.

Information retention

The Contact form does not store messages in an ayamnekat.dev database.

The Privacy Policy checkbox state is not stored by ayamnekat.dev.

If you send an email, a copy of the communication may remain in the email service for as long as it is needed to reply, keep the context of the conversation, or meet applicable obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted as appropriate.

Third parties and external links

ayamnekat.dev includes links to other sites and services, including GitHub, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Replit.

When you follow an external link, you leave ayamnekat.dev. How those sites or services process information is governed by their own policies and terms.

Email, hosting, or network infrastructure services may also process technical information or communications to the extent needed to provide those services.

Security

I try to keep the use of information limited to what is relevant, and I use reasonable technical measures to protect the website and communications.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet can be guaranteed completely free of risk. For that reason, do not send sensitive information that is not needed through the Contact form or email.

Your rights

Under applicable law, you may have the right to request information about personal data relating to you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion or the stopping of processing where the conditions apply, to withdraw consent if processing is based on consent, or to exercise other rights granted by personal data protection rules.
